Returns & Refund Policy

We want everyone to look and feel great in our clothing!
In the unfortunate case that you find a flaw or not happy with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange. At By Baano, we want every client to be pleased with our pieces, and your satisfaction is our number one priority.

PLEASE NOTE that BY BAANO will accept returns under this policy only on unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags still attached. Any items marked as on sale/non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

Within 7 days of your original order date, you may return your item(s) with a copy of your invoice* for a full refund of the actual purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges).

If the original purchase invoice is not available, we will exchange or refund your item(s) in the amount of the actual purchase price, less current promotions, and discounts.

Beyond 14 days after your original order date, returned merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged. All Clearance and Discounted Merchandise are FINAL SALE.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on item(s) returned for a refund; ship your return using the method and cost of your choice and convenience. BY BAANO INC, WILL NOT ACCEPT C.O.Ds.

If you wish to exchange your item(s), or your order was shipped with incorrect or defective merchandise, you may request a prepaid return label to facilitate your return. Please email your request to customerservice@bybaano.com.

Customized/Tailored Items
These items may be shipped only via Standard Shipping and usually arrive within 1-3 weeks. Please remember that customized items are non-refundable and are final sales.  For shipping timeframes on customized items shipped internationally, please contact customerservice@bybaano.com.
