If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@glamourousgrace.com with details of the product and the defect. 

Under normal circumstances, orders received for replacement by 3 PM EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 3 PM it is not guaranteed to go out the same day. You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by entering your postal code into the box in the bottom right of the shopping cart.

Please be advised that all holiday shipping 10 to 15 business days.
